Construction Commenced at SQ1
Empire Global and LJ Hooker Project Marketing are now happy to report that construction is now well underway at SQ1. Excavation of the basement is currently taking place and infrastructure is being delivered to site. SQ1 IS NOW DA APPROVED
The team at SQ1 are excited to announce that the development application for SQ1 has now been approved by the ACT Environment and Planning Directorate.
The approval comes after the project release late last year which received widespread acclaim from not only the ACT government but from the Tuggeranong Community.
The DA approval is the first multi unit DA approval for the Southquay area and is a major milestone in the overall delivery of the project and with off the plan sales continuing to be strong, the team is now working towards the commencement of construction in the third quarter of 2015.

SQ1 set to be released
SQ1 is the first release in the much anticipated “Southquay” land development on the foreshore of Lake Tuggeranong. SQ1 will contain 276 brand new high quality apartments within 3 buildings.
